A high-impact, short but focused set of 1-2-1 coaching sessions helping you find balance in an area of your career where you’re feeling confused, powerless or even chaotic.

Giving you more support than a one-off session but offering the rapid resolution that you need.

Find and release the internal beliefs holding you back whilst learning to deal with external stereotypes and biases.

Counter-Balance is for you if:

  • you can’t picture yourself at that senior executive level, you doubt you have the strategic skills, the presence or the vision. You feel exposed when you compare yourself to others who seem to have everything nailed.

  • you spend all your time out on client site making sure everything is delivered perfectly and hoping your line manager will somehow notice and reward your efforts. Claiming credit for your achievements feels "icky" and boastful but are you going to keep letting other people steal your thunder?

  •  there are never enough hours in the day; everything always feels pressured and against the clock, and by the end of the week you’re exhausted. You feel guilty at work because you don't spend enough time with family and friends and guilty when you are with them and not working.

  •  you aren’t clear about why you want to make it to the top, what really matters to you and the changes you want to drive in the organisation. That stops you building a network of allies and sponsors without it feeling like you are self-serving and just out for yourself.

Counter-Balance helps you find your equilibrium. You come back to the real you, rediscovering your motivations, passions and values and allowing yourself to be seen in a way that feels genuine, credible and natural.

What is involved:

  • a 60-minute introductory call to explore your hopes and wants

  •  a welcome pack with some resources, worksheets and short self-exploration exercises: you choose as much or as little as you want

  •  4 hours of coaching (2 - 4 sessions) over a pre-agreed timeline to suit your need, workload and schedule

  •  a summary email detailing the key findings from each session

  •  email access to Kathy in-between sessions

  •  a bonus follow-up session 4 weeks after completing your sessions

What will be different:

  • you learn how to stop those "not good enough" beliefs, challenge old habits and embed powerful new behaviours and boundaries

  •  the real you emerges, clear about her own needs and wants, comfortable with her ambition and vision and ready to claim her achievements

  • you get better results with more balanced effort, take care of your own needs and stand by yourself with compassion - even when things don't go as planned
